Consisting of a drum design bar infeed, master disc for setting the cage sizes, automatic moveable slave disc for pulling the longitudinal bars, one wire pay-off and straightening device for making the spiral bar and automatic cage supports.
Our pile cage machine is developed for production of round and polygonal reinforcement mainly for bored piles. Eventually even for columns and beams. The inert gas welding procedures stands for maximum welding point strength, even with large wire and bar diameters.
Reinforcement cage is used more and more in the construction projects, the traditional manual made steel cage is a waste of time and labor, low efficiency, there is an urgent need for automatic or semi-automatic reinforcement cage equipment. It can be widely used in steel processing plants as well as pile construction and construction units. E series CNC steel cage molding machine is high accuracy designed and manufactured. It’s used for drilling pile reinforcement cage processing, cage diameter range 800-2500 mm.
